Vancouver, BC – August 29, 2024 – Osino Resources Corp. (TSX: OSI.V) has officially been acquired by Shanjin International Gold Co., Ltd. (formerly Yintai Gold). Under the agreement, Osino shareholders received C$1.90 per share in cash. The transaction was completed through a statutory plan of arrangement under British Columbia’s Business Corporations Act.
